Our Founder, Mr Jonathan Poh
Jonathan graduated from the University of Tasmania with a Bachelor Degree in Aquaculture and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). His role as the Account Manager (Lead) for the land-based fish farms during his time in the Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority of Singapore (AVA) had provided him with an in-depth understanding of both the feasibility and viability aspects of farming. A passionate educator, Jonathan serves as an adjunct/sessional lecturer at Temasek Polytechnic and James Cook University Singapore for courses relating to Aquaculture and believes in aspiring the next generation of agri-technologists in resolving the global food supply issues.
Jonathan specializes in the steering of aqua/agri businesses’ strategy and provide solutions towards sustainable growth. He was involved in the establishment of multiple aquaculture & agriculture projects both locally and overseas.

Mr Shane Willis
Shane graduated from the University of Tasmania with a Masters of Applied Science (Aquaculture). His experiences in the Australian ornamental fish industry and role as the Director of National Aquaculture Training Institute Pty Ltd have provided him with extensive expertise in understanding aquaculture practices as well as the feasibility and design of aquaculture facilities. Shane is the current president for Ornamental Fish International (OFI) and Member of Executive Board of Advisors.
Shane specialises in training and designing feasible aquaculture solutions to develop and sustain both food and ornamental fish industries. His specialization includes risk assessment, biosecurity and quality management system. His latest consultancy engagement includes cluster development projects in Jamaica and Sri Lanka.
